Terms of Service

Any rushed order will be an additional 50% of the total cost
I have the right to refund any commission that I may be unable to take or deliver at any circumstances
Please commission according to the order format
Please be patient with me, depending on the complexity and schedule, I may require more time
Depending on the complexity, I may increase/charge the fee
Payment via Ko-fi ONLY (Paypal invoices may be an exception)
Payment has to be made upfront before or after approval of the sketch
Provide upfront reference image, otherwise designing or drawing from description will be an additional charge upon discussion
DO NOT claim my artwork nor use it for commercial use, unless discussed otherwise
I have the right to post my work/WIP on my social media unless stated otherwise
Upon delivery, you will receive your commission without any watermark upon the desired file
Unless you would like to keep your commission private, please state it in the comm form
Refund will be made through MY refund policy (description below)

If I did not start on your commission, you may request for full refund (You can track your commission status on my Trello)
If I take more than 3 month to complete your order, we can discuss for partial refund with partial completion (It is not guaranteed)
Once the work is delivered, there is strictly no refund
(you may request an adjustment on the final product if you are dissatisfied)
